Pointwest Technologies seeking an ambitious and experienced Project Manager for our Atlanta based client. Our client has been a global leader in virtual meetings for over 20 years. Their cloud-based solutions deliver multi-point, real-time virtual collaboration using video, voice, mobile, web streaming and file sharing technologies. Their solutions are available via desktops, tablets and mobile devices, helping businesses worldwide be more productive, mobile and environmentally responsible. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on our user experience mobile app across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5- 7+ years of experience working in a cloud based environment. You will focus on defining mobile app products and features and will work with a variety of stakeholders and team members to deliver and iterate on these products. In addition to working directly with the project team, the candidate will be interacting with all aspects of the business, possible vendors, and executive leadership to report the project status and to obtain critical decisions when necessary. As can be expected, this project has many different moving parts so the candidate must be capable of rapidly changing discussions and conditions. Responsible for Resource management and oversight potentially across multiple products; Familiarity with the PGI product suite; Liaises between client and development resources, identifying and staffing resources as needed; Analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, client coordination, project management. • Successful execution and deployment of assigned project. • Assist clients in selecting mobile application deployment strategy • Manage and motivate cross functional and vendor teams to deliver project within defined scope, scheduled timeline, and approved budget. • Collaborate with all Technology teams, business partners, and vendors to plan, organize, secure, and manage resources for assigned project efforts following software development lifecycle and project implementation policies and procedures as applicable. • Coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings to accomplish project deliverables. • Independently research, analyze, identify, and document the tasks to achieve the project goals including; work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, requirements gathering, quality assurance, providing various project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders. Perform requirements gathering and quality assurance as needed. • Analyze, define and map business processes. Produce project artifacts and business process models as needed for assigned projects. • Trace the requirements through life cycle of the project to ensure that the scope is managed and that the original requirements are delivered. • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum of 5 years experience. Bachelors' Degree Required.
